September 22, 2025 — The Medical Laboratory Owners Association (MLOA) successfully conducted the third session of its monthly online learning series “MLOA ConnectED”, a continuous education initiative designed exclusively for MLOA members and their staff.
The topic of this session was “Advantages, Interpretation & Troubleshooting of Internal Quality Control”, held in association with Bio-Rad Laboratories (India) Pvt. Ltd.
The session was led by Mr. Bijoy P, Senior Application Specialist, Bio-Rad Laboratories (India) Pvt. Ltd., who provided valuable insights on the importance of Internal Quality Control (IQC) in diagnostic laboratories. He discussed practical approaches for effective IQC interpretation, common challenges faced by labs, troubleshooting strategies, and methods to enhance accuracy and reliability in laboratory reporting.
The program received an excellent response from participants, with active engagement from MLOA members and laboratory professionals across Kerala.
